2024 Event Schedule:
If you are interested in fishing any of the Marlin Tournaments in 2024, we have some dates available. We are currently opened for the following Tournaments, we have seen some big fish at the scales and the big Ahi are starting to arrive.
01 Kona Kick Off – June 22 & 23rd
The Kona Kick Off is the Second Event in the 2024 Hawaii Marlin Tournament Series.

02 Firecracker Open – June 29th & 30th
Kona’s signature “Big Game” Tournament that scores Ahi and Marlin points for the Base Purse.

03 Kona Throw Down – July 2nd, 3rd, & 4th
The Single Largest Marlin of the Tournament will be Winner Take All of the purse from the Base Entry division.

04 Skins Marlin Derby – July 5th, 6th, & 7th
Patterned after the golf format, the Base Purse is available each fishing day to the Largest Marlin weighing 500 lbs or more!

05 Lure Maker’s Challenger – July 12th, 13th, & 14th
Teams who are Sponsored by a specific Lure Maker can fish those lures – and – the Highest Placing Team, sponsored by and catching their fish on their Sponsored Lures, will win the Presenting Sponsor position of the Tournament for the following year!

07 It’s a Wrap – September 13th, 14th, & 15th
The scoring of our Series finale’ event is calculated in the same manner as accruing Series Points throughout the Season.
